Stationary Engines for Industrial Applications
Cogeneration
This type of engines are designed to be used in continuous duty for combined heat and power production. Based on industry standards, engines are free of any belt driven equipment and higher output versions are equipped with two stage water intercoolers. Water circulation and temperature regulation should be solved outside of engine.
Engines could be delivered with or without control system (ignition, AFR control, speed control) and other optional accessories.
Power generation
Engines for power generation are designed to be used in generator sets. Engines are also designed for continuous duty operation. Based on industry standards engine could be equipped with optional accessories like belt driven water pump, thermostatic system, charging alternator, cooling fan installed on crankshaft, etc.
Also engines could be delivered with or without control system (ignition, AFR control, speed control) and other optional accessories.
Gas compression
TEDOM engines could be used also for compressor drive in constant speed as well in variable speed applications.
For gas compression also Atex compliant engines are available. Atex compliant engines are equipped with water cooled exhaust manifold and turbocharger, gas starter, shielded electrical components like ignition system, alternators, etc.
Engine configuration and accessories could be adjusted based on particular project requirements.
Pump or other mechanical drives
TEDOM engines could be also used for drive of irrigation pumps or in other mechanical drive applications in agriculture or in oil&gas sector.
